Who you're dealing with

The inbox audit | $97

• Paid upfront, by card through Stripe.
• Within 1 working day I email you a test ID, a seed list and 5 questions.
• Your report arrives within 48 hours of your test email and answers reaching me.
• It covers inbox placement, authentication, reputation, spam filter scores and red flags in your email and sending habits.
• It tells you what's breaking and how serious each problem is. It doesn't fix anything, and it doesn't include access to your accounts, copywriting or ongoing support. Fixing it is a separate engagement.
• The results show where 1 email went on the day it was sent. Placement changes with your sending, your list and the providers' filters, so I can't promise future results.

Refunds

• If I don't deliver your report within 48 hours of receiving your test email and answers, you get a full refund.
• If you haven't sent your test email within 30 days of paying, ask and I'll refund you.
• Once your report is delivered, the audit isn't refundable.

Full engagements

Work beyond the audit is agreed in writing before it starts, with its own scope and terms.

Liability

I give you my honest, professional read of your setup. What you do with it is your decision. I'm not liable for lost revenue, lost deals or anything a mailbox provider decides to do with your email. My total liability for an audit is capped at what you paid for it.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
